At college, you’ll learn technical skills and understanding of the housing sector which will then be assessed to establish your competence within your workplace. You will attend college on a day or block release basis and these frameworks take between 18 months and two years to complete. The intermediate apprenticeship is ideal if you are just starting a career in housing and the advanced and higher apprenticeships are designed to allow you to move towards a higher level or management role.
