  • Using PowerPoint to create digital slideshow presentations including text, images, drawing tools and setting up a master slide.
  • Using Excel to create basic spreadsheets including formatting and editing, creating formula and using headers and footers. Also creating graphs and charts from data.
  • Learn the basics of database. Find out how to add, delete, and update information on existing Microsoft Access database files. Also learn how to search for information; produce simple queries and reports.

  • Using Word, keying in text; editing and formatting text; creating tables and altering the layout of the page. This unit also covers moving, copying and deleting files; creating folders and subfolders.
  • Desktop Publishing - using MS Publisher to create flyers and newsletters from existing text and image files. Includes basic copyfitting techniques.
