This module aims to broaden the learners understanding of how company ethos and culture influence how projects are secured and subsequently managed. Students are expected to use their own work experience in conjunction with analysing exemplar case studies from a rapidly changing construction industry environment.
The module also provides an opportunity to review project management from international perspectives.
